Bob has consulted buyers and sellers on over 300 mergers or acquisitions, ranging in prices of $450,000 to $74M. He also has represented and marketed over 25 franchise companies in nine states. Bob developed five different master plans for theme parks in Greater Phoenix, including Rawhide. As a consultant on restaurant plans, he made time and motion studies to improve and lower labor costs, developed a system in hiring used to train managers in hiring personnel for the right position, lowering turnover to 25-30% per year and theft 95%. He developed a 1,000 Point restaurant weekly review plan used by area managers to keep them aware of their lack of control in food preparation sanitation, food pars, labor schedules and weekly budgets. The ultimate goal always was a 20% profit, which was obtained in all companies consulted using this complete program developed by Holloway. Bob also has managed hotel chains and many restaurants. He worked for Boeing Aircraft Company as an Architect and Tool Designer. He does evaluations of value, labor force, products or service, assisting buyers and sellers in fulfilling their needs, desires and goals.

Upon completing a 15-year stint in aviation, John spent the next 15 years applying his technical training and experience in the newly emerging computer hardware and networking industries in a variety of capacities including Systems Sales Engineer, Senior Account Manager and Area Manager. Upon relocating from the Chicago area to Phoenix in 1994, John became involved with small businesses. He worked as a consultant and as a partner in a manufacturer’s rep firm. He was also employed by an international flight training academy overseeing and directing their marketing and sales division.
