David is the owner of Sunbelt Business Advisors, LLC in Tempe, serving Phoenix and the surrounding area.  He has experience in the retail field and wholesale distribution.  With a marketing background, David is experienced at dealing with a wide variety of confidential businesses for sale with more than 14 years of business brokerage.  He has developed an excellent co-brokering network to give sellers maximum exposure to qualified buyers.  David specializes in the sale and purchase of coin laundries and dry cleaners.

Bob has consulted buyers and sellers on over 300 mergers or acquisitions, ranging in prices of $450,000 to $74M. He also has represented and marketed over 25 franchise companies in nine states. Bob developed five different master plans for theme parks in Greater Phoenix, including Rawhide. As a consultant on restaurant plans, he made time and motion studies to improve and lower labor costs, developed a system in hiring used to train managers in hiring personnel for the right position, lowering turnover to 25-30% per year and theft 95%. He developed a 1,000 Point restaurant weekly review plan used by area managers to keep them aware of their lack of control in food preparation sanitation, food pars, labor schedules and weekly budgets. The ultimate goal always was a 20% profit, which was obtained in all companies consulted using this complete program developed by Holloway. Bob also has managed hotel chains and many restaurants. He worked for Boeing Aircraft Company as an Architect and Tool Designer. He does evaluations of value, labor force, products or service, assisting buyers and sellers in fulfilling their needs, desires and goals.

Upon completing a 15-year stint in aviation, John spent the next 15 years applying his technical training and experience in the newly emerging computer hardware and networking industries in a variety of capacities including Systems Sales Engineer, Senior Account Manager and Area Manager. Upon relocating from the Chicago area to Phoenix in 1994, John became involved with small businesses. He worked as a consultant and as a partner in a manufacturer’s rep firm. He was also employed by an international flight training academy overseeing and directing their marketing and sales division. John brings to Sunbelt-Tempe a wealth of knowledge and experience in sales, marketing and business management. John enjoys golf, fly fishing, shooting sports, travel, and leisure time with his wife Mary, children and grandchildren. He is also a licensed pilot.

Bindesh Patel has a diverse background in business ranging from convenience stores, gas stations to fast casual restaurants. Early in his career he successfully started a franchise and effectively managed it for several years. Mr. Patel has several years of management experience of convenience stores, gas stations, as well as the hotel and motel industry. He looks forward to serving buyers and sellers with his integrity and professionalism.

Loyd has more than 30 years of experience as a successful business owner, consultant, and an extensive career in government service as an analyst, auditor, and project manager. During his career he has held numerous senior level positions including; President, CEO, COO, Senior Analyst, Project Manager, and Unit Supervisor, across a wide range of organizations. This varied and diverse background allows him to engage with clients based on a thorough understanding of their business needs. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Grand Canyon University. Loyd holds the Professional Designations of Business Broker Specialist, and Accredited Business Intermediary. His specialties include Business Sales and Acquisitions, Market Price Valuation for Business, and Commercial Leasing.

Connie has 20 years of experience in business management, property management and real estate sales. She has a master's degree in Project Management. As a new associate broker for Sunbelt Business Advisors, LLC, she specializes in buyer representation.
